Your saved basket

Your browser saves your tile designs, links and quantities on this device so you can come back to them. You can remove items from your basket or clear this website’s stored browser data. Clearing your basket does not delete an order already sent to Shopify.

Placing an order

When you continue to Shopify, we send your selected designs, quantities and destination links to Shopify to prepare your order. Shopify’s checkout collects the contact, delivery and payment information needed to complete it. Our shop website does not store your full payment-card details.

We use order details to make and deliver your tiles, arrange local delivery, provide support and meet record-keeping obligations. Delivery providers receive the details they need to get your order to you.

Website services

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details. We may also send your IP address to Shopify when checking a price or preparing checkout, to help operate and protect the service.

Our storefront uses browser storage for your basket and cookie choices. Shopify checkout uses its own cookies and services, described in Shopify’s privacy policy.

Optional measurement and advertising

If you allow optional cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure page views, basket additions, checkout starts and completed purchases, and to help measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives browser and device information, IP address, visited page information, cookie identifiers and shopping-event details such as quantity, order identifier, currency and value. We do not include your tile’s programmed destination link, contact details or delivery address in our event payloads, and automatic advanced matching is disabled.

With your permission, we also remember public campaign labels from tagged links for up to 30 days and include them in your Shopify order to understand which marketing led to a sale. Untagged visits may retain the last tagged campaign within that period; attribution is an estimate. Cookie choices are remembered for up to 180 days. Choose Essential only to decline optional measurement, or use Cookie choices in the footer to change your choice. Declining does not prevent shopping. We pass your choice into Shopify checkout. Shopify’s own services

Shopify also processes some information for its own purposes, including security and improving or personalising its services. Its consumer privacy policy explains these uses and your choices. You can submit requests about that processing through Shopify’s privacy portal.

Where information is processed

Our providers may process information outside Australia, including in Canada and the United States. Their privacy policies explain their practices and protections.

Keeping and managing your information

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal and accounting obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law.
